Individuals interested in forming Cool Pools (see How to Get Started) should only complete Section I of the Commuter Cool Pool Application form.

Companies that are forming corporate Cool Pools and assuming responsibility for monthly Cool Pool payments (see Corporate) should complete Section II, "Corporate Information," of the Commuter Cool Pool Application form.
